Foundations is a 4-day-a-week strength and conditioning program designed to build your base of fitness. It combines lower body, upper body, conditioning, and sprint/hypertrophy sessions, with every day including prep work, strength or accessory lifts, and conditioning. The focus is on developing competency in the big lifts, building aerobic capacity, and creating durability—all in a structured, progressive format.
